When you join a course at Nimble Joy, you can start using your new skills right away. We believe in only teaching necessary content, which means everything you learn will be practical and easy to apply. We’re very flexible with course times and schedules, so if you can’t find something that works for you, simply get in touch.

Kids yoga, non competitive activity which helps kids to take control of self awareness, self emotion regulation. Eventually, build self worth & self esteem.

YOGA FOR ADULTS

Our goal is to help more people to enjoy yoga practice and achieve better body alignment and awareness. 
Our instructor's strength is giving detailed cues and super patience in guiding students in achieving the asana.

My daughter was a person who was unable to balance and coordinate her body well, with the help of the teacher, she is much better in these and it helps her focus too. Thanks so much teacher.

Yoga has helped my child improve her muscle strength especially her arms; she is very proud of herself for being able to do the "crowl" pose! There is also significant improvement on her overall body flexibility!
